Alternative Dispute Resolution

The lawyers at Gislason & Hunter LLP represent clients in all forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

We promote the use of ADR in the appropriate cases, and we are experienced in the analysis of which ADR process, if any, should be used to promote settlement of our clients' disputes. Our expertise is in all types of civil and family cases.

Six of our lawyers also provide services as ADR neutrals for persons and companies whom we do not represent. As mediators, our members facilitate negotiations concerning dispute in a variety of contexts--litigation, arbitration, employment disputes, and family matters. Our goal is to help the disputing parties get past their barriers and move towards a settlement, compromise, or resolution. Our mediators possess experience necessary to assist litigants in finding common ground for resolution.
